Welcome at the homepage of the research project
Pupil Assessment in the Classroom Setting. An ethnographic examination of the performance of school selection.
Our project is funded by the German Research Community (DFG) and runs over a four years period. It is located at the Centre for School and Educational Research (Zentrum für Schul- und Bildungforschung ZSB) at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg which was founded in 1994 to establish an academic institution that deals both with school development and school related areas such as family, peer culture and school careers. The bonds with other university institutions are close therefore a highly interdisciplinary character has evolved. On our homepage we will try to introduce you to our research contents, methodology and perspectives.
